Edie M. Halstead
Edie M. Halstead was a judge for the Davenport Town Court in Delaware County, New York. She resigned in October of 2010, citing health reasons. The Commission on Judicial Conduct barred her from holding judicial office again due to accounting errors that included refusal to pay her own traffic tickets. She was replaced by Ron Menhennett.[1][2]
