Edirin Okoloko
Edirin Okoloko is a superior court judge for the Snohomish County Superior Court in Snohomish County, Washington. He was appointed to the court on January 22, 2020, by Gov. Jay Inslee (D) to replace Linda C. Krese. Okoloko assumed office on March 1, 2020.[1][2]
Inslee previously appointed Okoloko to the Snohomish County Superior Court in September 2018. Okoloko held office from October 2018 until November 2019, when he lost a retention election.[3]
Education
Okoloko received a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Benin in Nigeria and his J.D. degree from the University of Seattle School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Okoloko worked as the Snohomish County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for 13 years. He has also worked as a judicial law clerk for former Snohomish Superior Court Judge Michael Downes.[3]
