An Edison Village Fire Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Morrow County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the village of Edison to impose a replacement tax levy of 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
