Edith Rutter was an associate circuit court judge for the 42nd Circuit Court in Missouri. She is also a municipal court judge for the municipalities of Bunker and Ellington in Reynolds County, Missouri.[1] Rutter was elected to the court in 1998 and re-elected in 2002, 2006, and 2010.[2]

Rutter re-elected to the circuit court on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3] She resigned in 2016.[4]

Education

Rutter received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and her J.D. degree from the University of Louisville.[2]

Career

From 1989 to 1990, Rutter served as a judicial law clerk for the Kentucky Supreme Court.[2]
