Biography

Eduardo Rosas was born in Baymon, Puerto Rico, and lives in Columbia, Maryland. Rosas served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. Rosas’s career experience includes working in information assurance and cybersecurity. He serves as the executive director of LIFT A VET.
