Edward Dimock
Edward Jordan Dimock (1890-1986) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Dimock was nominated by President Harry Truman on June 11, 1951, to a seat vacated by George Murray Hulbert; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 10, 1951, and received his commission on July 11th. Dimock was succeeded in this position by Edward McLean. He assumed senior status on July 28, 1961, and served until his death on March 17, 1986.[1]
