Edward DuGay is the owner and president of Harvest Consulting LLC, a government affairs consulting firm based in Augusta, Maine.[1]

DuGay previously served as a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 33 from 1998 to 2006.[2]

Career

DuGay studied cryptology and communications at Pensacola Naval Base before working as a sensory and consumer product analyst for Shaw Mudge & Company in Stamford, Connecticut, from 1980 to 1994. He went on to work as a field representative for former Congressman John Baldacci (D-Maine), where he remained until 1996. Following his tenure as a congressional field representative, DuGay became the owner and administrator of Campbell Hill Adult Family Care Home.[1][3]

DuGay served in the Maine House of Representatives from 1998 to 2006 and later embarked on a career in government affairs, including candidate consulting, campaign coordination, and tribal government advising. As of December 2017, Dugay was the owner and president of Harvest Consulting LLC, a government affairs consulting firm based in Augusta, Maine.[1][3]
