Edward Clayton Eicher (1878-1944) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Eicher was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on December 30, 1941, to a seat vacated by Alfred Adams Wheat; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 20, 1942, and received commission on January 23rd. He served until his death on November 30, 1944.[1]
