Edward Emmett O'Farrell was a judge on the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas General Division in New Philadelphia, Ohio. He was elected to the court in 1990, officially joining in January 1991, and served until he retired from the court on January 1, 2021.[1]

Education

O'Farrell received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.[3]

Career

Before joining the Court of Common Pleas, O'Farrell served as a judge for the New Philadelphia Municipal Court.[4]
