I am very individual Liberty minded candidate, as well as a tax despising Libertarian. I am not wanting to reduce taxes, I want to eliminate as many of them as possible, at both the county and state level. I also want to give the People of Arkansas back the liberties that have been infringed upon! Smaller Government, Fewer Taxes, A Freer Arkansas!!!
The Arkansas DHS, specifically the adoption and foster child divisions, need to be audited and revamped to give the children a vouce as well as reducing the number of children that age out of the system. We also need to look into the children that the ARDHS has lost since its inception.
Samuel Adams on both, I look up to and attempt to follow his example. He was the first American activist, stirring up the colonialists against the tyrannical British government.
The US Constitution, the Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers, the Declaration of Independence, , Common Sense by Thomas Paine, Don't Hurt People, Or Take Their Stuff by Matt Kibbe, and Revolution by Ron Paul
Firm belief in the Constitution, and its original intent, as well as an understanding that individual rights trump security every time.
Once I start something, I finish it, and I will not rest until I do. I can work with others, even people I disagree with or even dislike.
Protection of individual Liberties, and ensuring that future generations have the opportunity to enjoy them.
One of Liberty for ALL. I never want anyone to hhave a reason to say that i helped infringe on any right or Liberty.
The battle of Mogadishu in 1993, that the book and movie, Blackhawk Down was written about, and I was 8, I remember thinking I wanted to be a soldier.
I was a dishwasher in a family owned restaurant at 8, amd got my forst real job as a tire tech at a auto service shop at 14.
Thomas Paine's Common Sense because without it, the American Revolution may have been totally different.
I'm not sure there is an ideal relationship, but mutual respect goes a long way.
No, it gives them an attitude of knowing what is best for their constituents, rather than listening to them and taking their opinions into account in making decisions and voting.
Yes, because any law submitted to the legislature affects everyone, not just ones district.
Anything that is fair, not along party lines.
No, as none actually listen to thoer constituents. I will never ignore or write off a constituent's opinion on any piece of legislation.
No. Emergency powers are half a step above full tyranny, and are usually used to suppress liberty, even if for a short time.
Only if it foes not compromise ones morals and values.
