Edward Henning (1868-1937) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

He received a recess appointment President Calvin Coolidge on April 24, 1925 to replace Benjamin Franklin Bledsoe.[1] On December 8, 1925, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 15th, and received commission that same day. He resigned on December 31, 1929. Henning died on September 6, 1937.
