Edward J. Coleman, III is the chief judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Georgia. He was appointed to the court on June 28, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Coleman received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1982.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Coleman worked as an attorney in Augusta. He is also a Chapter 7 panel trustee.[2]
