I've been a political activist for many
  • Build world class casinos in Oakland County to end the monopoly of Detroit casinos that don't work for oakland county. Use a 50/50 revenue sharing system to offset property taxes. Key Proposed Markets: Downtown Pontiac, Troy, Novi, (Near expo center) and Auburn Hills near Great Lakes Crossing. Seniors should be able to choose their form of entertainment and support taxpayer relief while doing so.
  • Implement best-in-class processes that help employees enjoy their work and reduce cost of administration by 80%.
  • Work to strengthen marriage by reducing conflict and simplifying separation and eliminating divorce entirely. Marriage is an institution of God between consenting adults, the courts have overstepped as the government is supposed to be under God. From the government legal aspect, it should be considered a contract and rules of disengagement should be clarified upon entry, not left to an overzealous divorce industry.
Taxes. If a citizen steals a watch they go to jail. If the government assesses you $2500 for their fancy frills and you can't pay, they take your house. That's unfair.
Oakland County Board of Commissioners has responsibility to set and review the budget and it clearly shows where the funding comes from. The Federal government, State government, and Local. From the county we get a vision of all levels of government at work. All of which should be made reasonably.
None that I'm aware of. I should publish my ideas since align with neither party although I am affiliated with the republican party, I won't be used to promote those insiders on either side. Instead, I align with the community as a whole. A conglomerate of citizens, business owners, and taxpayers.
Manage the budgets, set direction and guidance to move the county forward while maintaining the balance between taxpayer dollars and resident benefits.
from age 14-18 I worked an illegal job in a ceramic shop making $2/hour. It was flexible hours and that worked with my academic and athletic primary responsibilities. I didn't pay social security, have a retirement plan, or anything like that. it was a cash job.
No. What's important is that we understand the politics and keep the focus on core values and fiscal discipline.
Strong financial experience and focus on problem solving, networking, and finding the best in class operations.
Financial transparency is crucially important in government, but responsible government is even more important. With responsible government transparency shows the truth.
