Edward Kress
Edward Kress is the former Republican District 3 representative on the Allegheny County Council in Pennsylvania. First elected in 2013, Kress lost a re-election campaign in the general election on November 7, 2017.
Biography
Kress earned his bachelor's degree in history from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He later received his J.D. from Duquesne Law School. Kress is an attorney in private practice.[1]
