Edward M. Maloney (Democratic Party) was a judge for the 4th Subcircuit of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He left office on March 9, 2023.
Maloney ran for re-election for the 4th Subcircuit judge of the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He won in the retention election on November 6, 2018.
He was elected to a newly-created judgeship on November 6, 2012.

Maloney received his received his undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College in 1973 and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in 1977.[1]

Maloney was elected on Nov. 6, 2012, defeating Christine Cook with 59.7 percent of the vote. He previously won the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012, receiving 35.83 percent of the vote.[2][3]
