Mayer lives in the district with his wife and has two children. He received a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Holy Family University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Early in his career, Mayer served in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Research Specialist. At the time of his candidacy, Mayer was a Director of Analysis and Projects at Cigna.[1]
