Biography
Edward Monroe was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University in 1993 and a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2005. His professional experience includes working as a teacher. Monroe has served with the U.S. Peace Corps as well as with local groups, boards, and county committees.[1]
