I am a retired United States army veteran I am also a retired child crimes investigator for the doj I have worked with children with special needs as a surrogate parent certified by the department of education to review right and do placement for independent educational programs for kids with special needs I am also a retired child crimes investigator and worked on the gang task force for children and Indian country in the state of Arizona I have attended Morehouse college in Atlanta Georgia and Arizona State University majoring in psychology and Justice studies What major concentration in juvenile law austell Masters of legal studies in juvenile law I have worked as a community advisor with the department of child services in Arizona and I am also a member of the national Congressional adoption coalition I was awarded the award of Angel for adoption in the year of 2010 for the State of Arizona I have lived in Colorado springs for the past 5 years and have worked extensively with the special at programs for my children that have individual educational plans I am very dedicated to the safety education and future of our children of today.
Health education, safety, special education programs., Also vocational educational programs for children who are not college bound. Also working to make sure our children in homeless situations have the opportunity to to receive a good education.
My father a 30 yet Retired Army Chaplain. Who holds two master and Doctorate in philosophy and religion.

When I was selected for the executive high School internship program where I worked for a New York City Law firm for the second semester of my junior year.
My very first job was at age 15 at Fort Hamilton New York base exchange. I worked there for a year while still in high school.
I don't havea favorite book.i love reading period.
I am me that's only who I know to be I do not idolized anyone person. We are all unique in our own way.

To make sure all district policy's are followed and bring my constitutes concerns to the board . To make sure I know all facts prior to bringing a vote before the board.
My constitutes are the entire widefield school district 3. Everyone is represented within the district.
Be fair and impartial listen to the people know their concerns and learn all the facts prior to making a decision on matters.
Get out there and push the community to attend board meetings. And make sure that they have a voice.
In safe environment I'd a learning environment is not safe then the educational system become minimized. Also also instructions need to be consistent across the board.
It should reflect certification and and skills for all levels of the working world wether or not you choose college or vocational education.
Lobby both state and federal government branches of government.
Know the law first and foremost you have to be very knowledgeable about the law.
You have work with and incorporate services into the school. Not continue to send children into the justice system.
It's already playing an important part of education. More students today are very high tech more than their parents we just have to make sure very keep up with new and improved technology
