Edward Philman
Edward Philman was a judge of the Gilchrist County Court of Florida, serving from 1989 until his retirement in December 2012. Philman passed away on May 17, 2017.[1][2]
Biography
Philman received his J.D. from Mercer University Law School in 1981. He served as a judge on the Gilchrist County Court from 1989 until 2012. Prior to joining the court, he worked as an assistant state attorney and in private practice.[1]
