He works for Chicago public schools on a mission to reform the public education sector. Ward supports term limits, free college/trade and effective police training. Edward believes that in order to truly solve for violence, we need to start with the economic violence that sanctioned the 24th Ward. He is an advocate for the people. Edward has been a part of the 24th Ward for many years, working tirelessly to make it a better place. Edward knows the value of community. That's why he’s running for Alderman. Political gatekeeping has destroyed our communities for decades, it's time to restore power back to the people.
  • Participatory Government is a must
  • There needs to be an equitable distribution of TIF's across the city.
  • Economic Sanctions have destroyed the west and south sides of Chicago
We need to band red light cameras and the unscrupulous ticketing practices in the city of Chicago. The black and brown communities are left footing the bill.

We need to place term limits on all 4 year government terms.
We need to invest in small businesses in the communities to combat the economic violence.

We need to decriminalize drug abuse and treat it as a mental health issue rather than an issue of law enforcement.
