Biography

Edwin Carlson was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. He served in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1967. He earned a degree in dental surgery from Emory University. His career experience includes working as a dentist for 25 years. He is also a martial arts grandmaster.[1][2]

Returned to St. Pete District 1 for my business and residence. 16 years president of Jungle Terrrace neighborhood association -- the most Awarded neighborhood in the city. Walter Fuller Park was an airfield: No Trees, No Lights, No sidewalks. Now "World Class Park." Pinellas Trail: Adopted a mile 10 years ago. Now a Linear Park. Tyrone Underpass: No Lights, No sidewalks, Overgrown, Scary. Now has lights, sidewalks, 22 artists painted

    murals on 21 pillars and 10 walls to create Stonehenge Park.

Youth stealing cars, crashing every 4 days. With Chief of Police created "Chief's Midtown Miracles Martial Arts

    Program for boys and girls 4-14 to shift the culture to greater healh.

Neighborhood Scout and Safety Program (www.NSSP.us) 10 years ago to increase safety in neighborhood and

   on the Trail.
