Litteneker ran for a seat on the Idaho 2nd Judicial District and lost to opponent Michael J. Griffin. Litteneker received only 36.4 percent of the vote.[1]
Bar survey
The Idaho State Bar surveyed it's members on the contested races in 2010. Both Litteneker and Griffin received ratings of "above average".[2][3]
