Edwin Yates Webb (1872-1955) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.[1]

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on October 30, 1919 to a new seat created by 40 Stat. 1156. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 5, 1919, and received commission that same day. On March 1, 1948, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on February 7, 1955.[1] Webb was succeeded in this position by David Henderson.
