Eileen Horn
Eileen Horn (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 10. Horn assumed office on August 30, 2017. Horn left office on January 11, 2021.
Horn (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 10. Horn won in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Biography
Horn earned her B.S. in biology from the Catholic University of America and her M.S. in environmental management and policy from the University of Vermont. Her professional experience includes working as the sustainability coordinator for Lawrence-Douglas County.[1]
