Eileen W. Hollowell
Eileen W. Hollowell was a Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Arizona. She was appointed to the bankruptcy court on September 19, 2000, and was appointed to the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel on August 17, 2008.[1] She retired from the court on September 19, 2014.[2]
Education
Judge Mollowell received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and her J.D. from the University of Arizona.[3]
Career
Hollowell concentrated her legal career on bankruptcy and debtor/creditor workouts. She was a chapter 11 trustee and represented debtors and creditors in chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases. She was also a certified Bankruptcy Specialist.[1]
Awards and associations
Hollowell was listed in the Best Lawyers in America.[1]
