Barbour won re-election for judge of the Florida 9th Circuit Court outright after the general election on November 3, 2020, was canceled.
Education
Barbour received her undergraduate degree with honors from Rollins College in 1984 and her J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1988.[1]
