Elaine M. Moriarty
Elaine M. Moriarty is a probate and family court associate justice for the Suffolk Probate and Family Court in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Michael Dukakis in 1989.[2] Moriarty may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]
Education
Moriarty received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in 1969 and her J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 1973.[2]
Career
Before she joined the Suffolk Probate and Family Court in 1989, Moriarty was a partner at the law firm of Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.[4]
