Elana Wills
Elana Wills was a member of the Arkansas Public Service Commission from 2011 to 2019. She was first appointed to the position in January 2011.[1][2] Her term expired January 14, 2019.[3]
Biography
Wills graduated with a B.S. in finance from Arkansas State University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Wills began her legal career as an associate attorney in the commercial section of the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.[4]

Immediately before her appointment to the commission, Wills served as an associate justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court from 2008 to 2010. She was appointed to the court by Governor Mike Beebe.[4]

Wills previously served in the Opinions Department of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office as a deputy attorney general, senior assistant attorney general and assistant attorney general.[4]
