Elayna J. Youchah is a federal magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She was appointed to this position effective August 6, 2019.[1]

Education

Youchah obtained a B.A. from the University of Michigan, a M.S.W. (master's in social work) from the University of Washington, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California, where she was Order of the Coif.[1]

Career

Youchah was an equity partner at the law firm of Jackson Lewis from 2009 to 2019. Before that, she was an equity partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck; a partner at Schreck Brignone; an associate at Morrison & Forester; and a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.[1]
