Eldon Brooks Mahon (1918-2005) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mahon was nominated to the Northern District of Texas by President Richard Nixon on June 23, 1972, to a seat vacated by Joe Estes; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 28, 1972, and received commission on July 3, 1972. He assumed senior status on October 1, 1989. He served the Northern District of Texas until his death on December 3, 2005.[1] Mahon was succeeded in this position by John McBryde.
