- Build more houses. Our town is projected to grow massively over this term, and we need to take advantage of this boom while ensuring that what we add incorporates what makes Weaverville great. We value walkability and green space here, and I would make sure new projects consider those aspects.
- Fix the traffic. Congestion is getting worse and worse, and we need local elected officials who will tirelessly lobby NCDOT and our state representatives to find and fund solutions. We also need to work with the City of Asheville on finally getting connected to the bus network.
- Stand up for Weaverville. I will make sure that there is no cooperation between WPD and ICE, who have already begun detaining Buncombe County residents outside of courthouses. In Weaverville we believe in diversity, tolerance, and peace. We rejected Trump's hate and division at the ballot box last year, and we need representatives who will stand up to him for the next three years.
