Eleanora Ofshtein
Eleanora Ofshtein is a judge for the New York City Housing Court of Richmond County in New York. She was appointed to this position in 2022.
Previously, Ofshtein served as a judge for the New York City Housing Court of Kings County in New York. She was appointed to this position in 2007 and served until 2022.[1]
Education
Ofshtein received her B.A. degree from New York University and her J.D. degree from the New England Law School.[1]
Career
Ofshtein began her career working for the law firm of Sperber Denenberg Kahan, PC, first as an assistant, then as an associate. She then worked as a court attorney of the NYC housing court from 1998 until her judicial appointment to that court in 2007.[1]
