Elia Ortiz

Elia Ortiz is a judge for the Superior Court of Napa County in California.[1] Ortiz was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in December 2012, becoming the first Latin American judicial officer in Napa County.[2] She filed for re-election in 2014, but due to facing no opposition, was automatically elected to a new term that expires in 2021.[3]
