Biography
Elias Weir was born in Puerto Cortes, Honduras. He earned a bachelor's degree from the New York Institute of Technology in 1994. Weir's career experience includes working in the finance industry.[1]

Rochester defeated Bryan Townsend, Sean Barney, Michael Miller, Scott Walker, and Elias Weir in the Democratic primary on September 13, 2016.[2][3][4]

|I am happily married to Beverly and we have one child, Elias Weir Jr. We are not originally from Delaware. The Big Apple, New York, is where we called home for quite sometime, until we decided it was time to move to Delaware. We both had plans to come to Delaware much earlier, but when our son was born, I felt it would be unfair to move our child away from his grandparents. Turns out it was the right decision.
I attended St. Ambrose Elementary School in Brooklyn, New York. Upon graduating, I attended Chelsea Vocational High School which is located in the Soho District of Manhattan. After graduating from High School, I attended New York Institute of Technology, New York and received my Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. My passion is politics and helping others.- Focusing on bringing in good paying jobs into Delaware
- Work closely with elected official on key issues concerning the well being of Delawareans.
- Better funding for our school districts.
Rudy Giuliana former Mayor of New York. Although he is not making good in the news these days, as the Mayor of New York, he brought the city from obscurity to prominence.
