Elijah Granger
Elijah Granger represented Place 5 seat on the Duncanville Board of Trustees in Texas. He won election to the board against fellow challenger Patrick R. LeBlanc in the general election on May 10, 2014. Granger served until his term expired in June 2017, as he did not file to run for re-election.
Biography
Granger earned his associate degree from Angelina College. He later earned a B.S. in agriculture operations and M.A. in educational leadership and administration from Prairie View A&M University. Granger served as a principal with Lufkin Independent School District, Nacogdoches Independent School District, Corsica Independent School District and Duncanville Independent School District between 2003 and 2012. At the time of his tenure, Granger was the Executive Principal of Innovation, Transformation and Secondary Programs at Lancaster Independent School District.[1]
