Elijah Levitt was a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. Levitt assumed office in 2018. Levitt left office on September 30, 2022.

Levitt won re-election for judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Former Gov. Rick Scott (R) appointed Elijah Levitt to the Miami-Dade County Court to fill the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Spencer Multack.[1]
