Elisha Avery Crary (1905-1978) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Crary was nominated to the Southern District of California by President John F. Kennedy on July 31, 1962, to a seat vacated by Ernest Tolin; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 25, 1962, and received his commission on August 28, 1962. He served the Southern District of California until he was assigned to the Central District of California on September 18, 1966. He assumed senior status on June 24, 1975. He served the Central District of California until his death on April 28, 1978. Crary was succeeded in this position by Robert Takasugi.
