Biography
Elissa Campbell earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and environmental ethics from the University of Wyoming in 1994. Her career experience includes working as a business owner and in training and development. Campbell has been affiliated with the Rotary, the Casper Committee on Foreign Relations, and the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce.[1]
