Elizabeth A. Gallagher is a trial judge referee for the Litchfield District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] She was appointed to the bench in 1999 by former Governor John Rowland.[2] She was reappointed in March 2015, and her current term will expire on March 10, 2023.[3]
Education
Gallagher earned an undergraduate degree from the University of New York at Buffalo in 1975. She was awarded a J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1979.[4]
