Elizabeth Barnett
Elizabeth Barnett is a judge of the Kings County Family Court in New York. She was appointed to this position by Mayor Bill de Blasio on April 27, 2015. Her current term expires in 2025.[1]
Education
Barnett earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University.[2]
Career
Prior to her 2015 appointment to the Kings County Family Court, Barnett worked for the New York State Unified Court System for over 20 years. She held various positions within the courts, including deputy counsel to the chief administrative judge and chief counsel for the New York City Family Court.[1][2]
