Elizabeth Chandler, formerly Elizabeth Chandler Lester, is a district court judge for the 15th District Court, which presides over Carroll, Grant, and Owen counties in Kentucky.[1] Chandler was elected in 2006 and re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014.[2][3]  Her four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[4]

Education

Chandler received her undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University. She then earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1998.[2]

Career

At the time of her election to the bench, Chandler was an assistant Carroll County attorney. She also previously worked as the attorney for the cities of Carrollton and Corinth, Kentucky, and as an attorney at the Crawford & Baxter Law Firm.[2]
