Elizabeth McGinn was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 37 of the Delaware House of Representatives. She initially filed as a Republican but withdrew and re-filed as a Democrat.

McGinn ran in the 2012 election for Delaware House of Representatives District 37. McGinn initially filed as a Republican but withdrew and eventually ran as a Democrat. She ran unopposed in the September 11 Democratic primary and was defeated by incumbent Ruth Briggs King in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]
