Elizabeth Harvey
Elizabeth Harvey ran for judge on the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals in 2012. She also ran for a seat on the court in 2010.
Education
Harvey received B.A. in English from Alma College in 1983 and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992.[1]
Career
Harvey has spent her legal career working in both public and private aspects of law. From 1993 to 1995, she served as a Prehearing Attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals, then served as a law clerk for Judges Daniel Gaul and Anne Kilbane. Harvey has also taught at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.[1]
Elections
2012
Harvey was defeated by Kenneth R. Spanagel in the Republican primary on March 6, receiving 39.12 percent of the vote.[2][3]
