Elizabeth "Lisa" Hodges is a district court judge for the 2nd Judicial District in Virginia. She was appointed to the court by Governor Bob McDonnell in August 2013.

Education

Hodges received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary. She became a licensed attorney through a legal apprenticeship, also known as "reading the law". Virginia is one of six states that allow this practice.

Career

Before her appointment to the court, Hodges was a staff attorney for the Geico Insurance Company.
