Elizabeth Jenkins
Elizabeth A. Jenkins was a federal magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She was first appointed to this position on December 16, 1985.[1][2] She retired on April 30, 2016.[3] As of 2020, Jenkins was serving on recall status.
Education
Judge Jenkins received her B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1971 and her J.D. degree in 1976 from the University of Florida College of Law.[1]
Career
Judge Jenkins began her career in 1976 as an attorney with the Department of Justice. She then worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1978 until her judicial appointment in 1985.[1]
