Liz Larson (South Dakota)
Liz Larson (Democratic Party) is a member of the South Dakota State Senate, representing District 10. She assumed office on January 10, 2023. Her current term ends on January 12, 2027.
Larson (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the South Dakota State Senate to represent District 10. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Larson began serving as Senate minority leader on January 15, 2025.[1]
Biography
Elizabeth "Liz" Larson earned a bachelor's degree in international development and environmental studies from The Evergreen State College and a master's degree in international studies from the University of Oregon. She also earned a certificate in documentary photography from the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and a certificate in digital money, banking, and financial support services from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.[2]
