Elizabeth Leith
Elizabeth Leith is a judge of the Denver Probate Court in Colorado. She assumed office in 2011. Her current term ends in 2027.
Leith ran for re-election for judge of the Denver Probate Court in Colorado. She won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Leith was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper in June 2011, succeeding C. Jean Stewart, and was retained by voters in 2014 and 2020.[1] [2]

Education
Leith received her undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1982 and her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1988.[1]
