Elizabeth Novotny
Elizabeth Novotny is a judge of the Vermont Superior Court. She assumed office on January 3, 2022.

Biography
Novotny received her bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector. Some of her experience includes having served as a deputy state’s attorney for the Office of the Chittenden County State’s Attorney, having worked as an associate at Perry and Schmucker, and having served as counsel for the Vermont Department of Public Safety and the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation.[1]
