DUI arrest (2025)

On May 21, 2025, O'Connor was arrested following a crash in Douglas County, Nebraska. After recording a blood-alcohol content of 0.321, O'Connor was formally charged with driving under the influence (DUI), causing serious bodily injury, a Class 3A Felony punishable by up to three years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. [1]
