Biography
Elizabeth Rowray lives in Yorktown, Indiana. Rowray graduated from Muncie Burris High School. She earned a B.S. from Ball State University. Her career experience includes working as legislative director for former U.S. Congressman Mark Souder and as a nonprofit consultant.[1]
